Overschie is a neightborhood in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with unique properties: almost a village within the city, flanked by highways and an airport, environmental and health issues and a proud character. Social housing organization Woonstad and the city council of Overschie want to make this neighborhood more sustainable, but where do they start?
To answer this question we did a quickscan of the neighborhood to find its opportunities and made a custom inspiration book filled with possibilities to work towards a sustainable city district.
With this inspiration book the various parties in the neighborhood can gain quick and easy insight into the possibilities that work for the neighborhood and how they work together.
